The 6 Degrees of Freedom team has the experience, knowledge and expertise that are necessary to provide the highest level of service, training and education.

We have been working in the field of rehabilitation science and technology for over 10 years. This includes professional experience as a Clinical Professor while at the Assistive Technology Unit - University of Illinois at Chicago, and as a Research Associate while at the Human Engineering Research Laboratories - University of Pittsburgh.

We have advanced degrees in Bioengineering and Rehabilitation Science and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh. We are members of national and international standards committees on Wheelchair Transportation Safety.

Finally, we have been certified by the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Association of North America (RESNA) as Assistive Technology Practitioners (ATP) and Rehabilitation Engineering Technologists (RET).
