We provide clinical rehabilitation engineering and assistive technology services to individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. We focus on technology integration and evidence-based practice in order to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. We offer these services in educational, residential, workplace, outpatient clinic, and community settings. Our comprehensive services include evaluation, implementation, training, follow-up, and follow-along services. We believe in a multidisciplinary team approach that includes the client, his/her caregiver(s) and other rehabilitation and educational professionals such as educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and rehabilitation counselors. Our areas of service delivery include commercial, custom, and hybrid applications of assistive technology such as seating and wheeled mobility, augmentative and alternative communication, computer access, wheelchair transportation, accessibility of the built environment, and universal design.
